myHairBUNDLES does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available, or the provision of services and support. myHairBUNDLES will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, myHairBUNDLES is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any lability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, myHairBUNDLES is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
Images of people or places displayed on the myHairBUNDLES site are either the property of, or used with permission by, myHairBUNDLES. Use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted in the terms of use or elsewhere on the myHairBUNDLES site. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product, service, program or technology described in any document published by myHairBUNDLES on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by myHairBUNDLES. PRIZES AND COMPENSATION:
Returns, replacements and exchanges are not permitted on products acquired by the client through a promotional contest or event. Hair or products acquired through a compensation contract from any myHairBUNDLES department is also not eligible for return, replacement or exchange.
PROGRAMS:

No sale is final until approved by myHairBUNDLES. myHairBUNDLES reserves the right to withhold approval at its sole discretion.
Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Once the method of payment is accepted and approved the order will be shipped out within 48 hours, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Any orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 24 hours. All orders with standard shipping will incur a $15.00 shipping charge and should arrive within 3 – 5 business days. Express shipping is available for $25.00 and should arrive within 1 – 2 business days. We do not ship on Sundays and Federal Holidays.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it is unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or station and re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (e.g. a work address or a friend’s address).
If you are in the area of Winston-Salem, NC you can place an order on our website, then email us at [email protected] and indicate that you would prefer to pick your order up. You must have your I.D. and it must match your card.
During major sales and holidays it can take up to 3–5 business days for processing time. Keep in mind our standard shipping will take 2 – 3 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4 – 6 business days on the West Coast unless we are shipping to a P.O. Box. During major sales and holidays our shipping time could be 7 – 10 business days for delivery. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. If you are running out of time and need your hair tomorrow, we got you covered! As long as we have your order in stock we offer an express service so you can keep your appointment. Orders must be placed by 12:30 p.m. EST to ship out the same day. No shipping on weekends or holidays!
We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of our courier. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays.
We are unable to amend any part of your order, change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete. Orders over $500.00 and orders with different billing and shipping addresses are subject to verification. You will be required to send us a copy of your Government Issued ID with the following statement. Please make sure you write or type the information below on a sheet of paper, place your ID on the paper, and sign it.

Before contacting us, please take these steps. Track your package; check your mail box or front door for a delivery attempt notice. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at our courier or you may need to arrange for redelivery. Call your doorman or leasing office to see if they may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you still can’t find your parcel, please email or call us by phone. Please have your order information ready. No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries, refused, or abandoned shipments, or incorrect shipping addresses. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent to you, then we will assess a $10.00 fee that our courier charges us to make the correction. If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit, please call us immediately.
We will contact our courier right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take a few business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending our courier investigation findings.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We are happy to be able to offer International shipping options to our clients outside of the United States. Please note that clients are responsible to pay any additional taxes, fees, or duties, to arrange for any permits or special paper work that may be required. Commercial invoices are sent with all shipments. All documentation provided to customs will reflect accurate information and we are unable to make any adjustments to avoid additional fees.
RETURNS
NO RETURNS. EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Health and sanitation concerns limit the return of Virgin human hair products that have been used and that include “trying them on” or “unbundling”. We will not accept any merchandise used or altered (including, but not limited to brushed, combed, colored, permed, cut or relaxed) in any way.
We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns. As a necessary health precaution, the items must be returned in the original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and in the original shipped condition. All tags and packaging must be included.

IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a myHairBUNDLES e-gift card. myHairBUNDLES does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
Gift cards and hair products are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit. Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any courier issues. Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date will only be eligible for store credit or refund minus a 20% restocking free. Please plan your purchase carefully.
Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy, no credit will be issued for any merchandise that cannot be restocked.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for product purchases made on our platform. Once you make an order, we process your order and deliver the order according to the information provided by you. By purchasing from our website, you explicitly waive your right for a dispute charge back, and agree not to attempt to circumvent this agreement in anyway.
If you default this agreement for any reason, and authorize a charge back through your bank or any financial institution used to make payments on our website, you will be responsible for returning the product purchased within 3 business days.
If you fail to return the product within the given number of days, we will have the right to file a police report for a fraudulent purchase and file for damages. This does not limit our rights to use other recovery means permitted by law.
