Since our Virgin Hair is completely unprocessed and natural, some bundles may appear dryer than others. We double check the quality of each bundle before sending it out. We inspect each bundle of hair to ensure the highest quality. All of the hair we send out is of the best quality, just as the pictures represented on our website. Our product does require proper care in order to maintain the best appearance for a maximum amount of time.

CARING FOR YOUR myHairBUNDLES VIRGIN HAIR

We highly encourage all of our clients and customers to follow these pre-installation requirements before installation of their hair, and after installation on a weekly basis to ensure the highest quality outcome for your new hair.

  • Brush out all knots. Brush from the bottom up.
  • Wet the hair with warm water.
  • Shampoo the hair with a quarter sized amount of shampoo.
  • Rinse the shampoo with warm water.
  • QUICK TIP: Warm water helps open the cuticle and prepares the hair for the next step.
  • Apply a generous amount of conditioner, run your fingers through the hair from the top down. Scrunch the ends with conditioner, this remedies split ends with ease.
  • QUICKTIP: Comb the conditioner through with a wide tooth comb.
  • Rinse the conditioner with lukewarm water.
  • Pat dry with a towel. Do not rub the hair to dry it, gently pat.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL TEXTURES:

  • Shampoo at least once a week.
  • Use a shampoo no higher than ph7.
  • DO NOT Massage.
  • Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  • Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up your scalp.
  • Rinse thoroughly, let air dry.

DAILY MAINTENANCE:

  • Use styling products minimally to avoid build up.
  • For wavy and curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look.
  • For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner and water.
  • AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!
  • Dampen hair with a water bottle.
  • Comb through with (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp.
  • Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls.
  • LET AIR DRY, STYLE AS DESIRED!
